Beginning at 2005 CHRUI supported by Family Health International (FHI) / Aksi Stop Aids (ASA) conduct outreach program among IDU's in Sout Jakarta and Kotif Depok. This program is harm reduction program and to protect IDU from exposing HIV/AIDS. This program have been done 5 years.

CHRUI supported by Ford Foundation conduct the study about lingkage between health, environment, and gender, namely Incoorporating Gender, Health and Environment Linkage and Enviroment Justice in the Development: an Advocacy Capacity Building Program.
On this study CHRUI collaboration with NGOs who become partner of Ford Foundation.
